OUR HISTORY
Established in 1758, Leesburg is the seat of government for Loudoun County. The town's rich history spans three centuries. THE LDBA
The Leesburg Downtown Business Association (LDBA) works to advance the vibrancy, vitality and prosperity of the historic downtown district. The LDBA serves a membership base of active businesses, including retailers, restaurants, non-profit and arts organizations, entertainment venues, and healthcare and professional service providers. With a decades long track record as a successful, non-profit organization, the LDBA annually produces family-friendly programming, signature events, community celebrations and business promotions that attract thousands of people to historic downtown Leesburg each year.
